Refund & Returns Policy (Easy 7-Day Return)

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us — which is why we offer a simple and fair 7-Day Return Policy.

Please read the details below to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds work at Tejash Foods.


1️⃣ Easy 7-Day Return Policy

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days from the delivery date if:

✔ You received the wrong product
✔ The product is damaged or defective
✔ The item delivered is different from the product description
✔ Packaging is tampered or expired product received

📌 Product must be unused and in original packing.


2️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

A return will be approved only if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unopened, unused and untampered
  • All original labels, tags & packaging are intact
  • The item is securely packed for return transit

Products that fail to meet these conditions may be rejected.


3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for:

🚫 Opened or used food products
🚫 Items bought during clearance or special sale
🚫 Any product without original packaging
🚫 Customized/packaged-on-request items

If a product is non-returnable, it will be mentioned on the product page.


4️⃣ Replacement Policy

If the replacement item is unavailable in stock, we will issue a refund instead.
We will process a free replacement only in case of:

  • Wrong product shipped
  • Quality issues verified
  • Damaged product received

5️⃣ Refund Process & Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be issued within 5–10 business days
  • Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment

Refund Includes:

  • Product price
  • Applicable taxes

Refund Excludes:

  • Return shipping charges (unless the product received is wrong/damaged)

6️⃣ Return Pickup & Shipping

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partners (if serviceable).
  • If pickup is not available at your location, we may request you to ship the product back using a reliable courier.
  • Please keep the shipping receipt safe until refund completion.

If the return is due to a company mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will bear shipping charges.


7️⃣ Damaged or Wrong Items – Quick Support

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

📌 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
📎 Submit photos of:

  • The item received
  • Packaging and shipping label

8️⃣ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

✔ Check your bank or payment app
✔ Contact your card issuer/payment provider
✔ Reach out to us for support

9️⃣ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch — ideally within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery as per this policy.


🔟 Important Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a return if:

  • The product is found used or tampered
  • Return request is made after 7 days
  • Original packaging or parts are missing

Such products can be returned back to the customer at their cost.
